We are YNG Studios, the original hot yoga studio in San Clemente, where tradition meets transformation. Our mission is to pave the way for an enlightened tomorrow by inspire'YNG change today—and now, we’re growing that vision with the opening of our second location: YNG Studios North Beach!

Nestled in the heart of coastal San Clemente, our new North Beach studio offers the same high standards of movement, mindfulness, and community you’ve come to love—now with even more room to grow, flow, and connect.

At YNG, we embrace balance: whether you like it HOT or NOT, we’ve created two dynamic studios with rooms to support every body and every intention. From heated vinyasa to gentle restorative flows, we offer a diverse schedule designed to bring your mind, body, and spirit into harmony. We are YIN + YANG personified.

As we begin the exciting journey of integrating both studios, all class packages and memberships are now purchased through YNG Studios app or website. Simply purchase your desired package or membership, and then in at the front desk when you arrive at either location—Downtown or North Beach—and you’re ready to flow!

At YNG, we offer classes that meet you right where you are—whether you’re here to sweat it out or slow it down. From RESTORE’YNG to SHRED’YNG, we blend traditional yoga philosophy with modern, functional movement to nurture your mind, strengthen your body, and uplift your spirit.
